Brian Parsonage | Property Manager

Brian has been working in the Property Management industry since 1977, working in the Penrith area for 24 years and being the senior Property Manager of the largest property management offices in the area.

Brian has won many awards including Manager of the year NSW in 1998 and Manager of the year Australia in 1999 for First National. For a change of pace and lifestyle moved to Starr Partners Windsor in 2001, in our then small 3 staff office. Brian has been an invaluable part of our growth to our own stand alone management office of 9 staff, with his incredible wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry.

Brian now lives in McGraths Hill after starting a new family with a born and bred Hawkesbury girl and their new son of 20 months and Brians new daughter who is now 10 years old.

Although very busy with our continuing growth and his familys happiness Brian still finds the time to play his other passion in life ( golf ).

Brian is only happy to prove his expertise to new clients and take care of existing clients, test him out.
