Charlene Fotheringham | Property Manager

Charlene joined our team at Starr Partners Windsor in 2006 as a Property Manager with 8 years experience in Real Estate ranging from Receptionist, Property Managerment and sales.  Charlene has her Certificate of Registration in Real Estate, completed Certificate 4 in Property Management and is now studying to be a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Charlene is a true Hawkesbury Girl, growing up on a farm in Freemans Reach, attending Freemans Reach Primary School and completed her High School Certificate at Colo High School.

At the moment Charlene lives in the village of Ebenezer and hopefully one day will buy her dream home on the bank of the Hawkesbury River. 

Charlene's property portfolio extends to the outer boundaries of the Hawkesbury District.

Charlene has the most helpful nature which is evident when dealing with landlords and tenants under her management.
